HISTORY of ASSOCIATION
The International Police Association has been generated in January 1, 1950 because police sergeant from Lincolnshire, England, Arthur Trupa, wished to create the channel for friendship and the international cooperation among policemen. Its concept of Association with development of social, cultural and professional communications among its members, in an environment, free from discrimination of the category, sex, race, color, language or religion, became the validity, to advance friendship among Policemen (National and It is international) on the appropriate organized basis.
