Lyle A. Halsey is an 11-year veteran who is currently assigned to the
Motorcycle Division. He served 4 years on evening shift patrol and two
years on the Gang Task Force while also being assigned to SWAT. He was
appointed to the Political Action Committee in 2002 (PAC 1114).

Officer
Riggs is a lifelong resident of Pasadena. After graduating Pasadena High
School in 1989, he attended junior college at San Jac. Officer Riggs started
with the police department in January of 1992. After graduating the Pasadena
Police Academy, he was assigned to the patrol division. Officer Riggs
spent five years on evening shift before a short tour of duty in the Gang
Task Force. Since then he has been reassigned to the patrol division and
is urrently working day shift patrol in the north district. Officer Riggs
was elected to the board in 2003

Manuel
Pizano
Manuel
Pizano is a nineteen year veteran of the Pasadena Police Department. He
has been assigned to the patrol division for most of his career. He was
the first resident officer in the State of Texas and served in that capacity
for eighteen months. He was also the first Pasadena Police Bike Patrol
Officer. He recently completed a one year term in Bosnia where he worked
for the International Police Task Force - UN. He is one of the founding
members of the Pasadena Police Patrolmen's Union and served as our first
Vice President from 1986-1988. He was the first President of the L.P.O.A,
Southeast Chapter. He brings to this board many years of experience and
is committed to making this union the best it can be. He enjoys reading,
politics, and traveling and has been in office this term since February
of 2004.

Rudy
Amador
Officer
Amador is a 21 year veteran who is currently assigned to the patrol division
(day shift). Officer Amador served in the United States Army as a military
police officer for 3 years before joining the Pasadena Police Department
in 1981. Rudy is an accident investigator, field training officer, and
a bilingual translator. Rudy has served in the Narcotics Division for
6 years which included assignments to the DEA Task Force (HIDTA) in the
Houston field office. Rudy is a long time union member and he was elected
to the board in January 2003.

John
Noel
John
has been with the Pasadena Police Department since 1983. During his career,
he has worked in the Patrol Division, Community Services, and the Identification
Division. He is currently assigned to the Dayshift Patrol Division and
is a part time Code Enforcement Officer. John enjoys working for the members
of the Pasadena Police Patrolmen's Union and his motto is, " Take
pride in yourself and respect others." His enthusiasm for the Pasadena
Police Patrolmen's Union can be seen in all he says and does. He has brought
with his office a new sense of accountability and many new ideas for better
serving the union members. John has been the President of the union since
January of 2004 and is committed to letting all members know that they
can and should get involved and make a difference in our department.
